The Role
As a Relationship Manager at Penta, you manage and build strong relationships with existing clients through regular client contact and efficient client account management. You will capitalise on Penta’s unique value proposition by leveraging your knowledge of your client’s business.
Role’s responsibilities include:
● Build strong relationships with and retain existing clients
● Develop and implement a retention plan for all clients
● Attend monthly meetings with current clients
● Broaden the dissemination of the Penta solution
● Manage renewal process following 90/60/30-day format
● Co-develop a growth plan for existing clients
● Review consolidation plan for existing clients
● Weekly reporting on retention status
OKRs
● 90% Client Retention Rate
● 100% of clients met/spoken with monthly
● 100% clients minimum 3 key internal contacts
● Pass quarterly product & sector readiness
● Growth of existing accounts by 10% y-o-y
