We are looking for an ambitious Strategic MSSP Regional Sales Manager who puts customers first and will help our customers do more with less when operating and securing their enterprises. We are one of the hottest technology companies in the valley, Cribl sells to organizations large and small, but we are looking for a rep focused on the Internet or digital cloud territory and we’re looking for someone who can hunt into the most strategic, well known digitally savvy companies based primarily in the Northeast. A successful Sales Representative at Cribl can clearly articulate our value proposition and execute on proven sales processes. You will leverage existing relationships with Managed Security Service Providers in your territory. You will use your industry understanding to communicate the business value of Cribl. The great part is, Cribl Stream demonstrates a clear and simple ROI to our customers. We are looking for people who love to get stuff done, and laugh a bit along the way. Cribl is a serious company that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
Please note, this is a remote position based on the East Coast.
Responsibilities
- Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
- Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
- Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
- Articulate our value proposition up and down the organization, from engineer up to CxO
- Forecasting predictably and hitting sales targets
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years background of successfully selling large security deals to MSSPs
- Experience developing pipeline and opening new accounts, including lead generation
- A successful track record of overachievement annually
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles
- Experience with SAAS sales - cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations and security
- Background using MEDDIC
Bonus points
- Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning
Salary Range ($127,300 - $172,200)
The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), and equity. The total compensation offered for this position will include a commission/incentive plan.
