Regional Performance Marketing Specialist - App (APAC)

We are now looking for a highly driven and motivated Regional Performance Marketing Specialist - App (APAC). The ideal person for this role has a vast understanding of the mobile DSP, Ad Exchange, Ad Network and Publisher eco-system across South-East Asia and strives in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for all Mobile Display campaigns across various mobile DSPs & networks such as Liftoff, InMobi, and Remerge.
  • Working cross functionally & cross regionally to develop, launch and track high-impact evergreen and integrated campaigns
  • Determine areas of opportunity, design experiments & incrementality tests, and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Measure, analyze and report performance of your channel and support management in driving channel mix and budget decisioning

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Mobile Display performance marketing
  • Advanced knowledge of Online Advertising platforms and Analytics tools for online channels (e.g. Mobile DSPs/networks, Google Analytics, Adjust/Appsflyer etc)
  • Ability to resolve ad operations issues that affect campaign tracking and performance
  • You have a proven track record of working at well-funded Internet companies and have experience with budget allocation and optimization
  • Experience with Mobile-specific project management
  • Familiarity with performance KPIs: CPA, CPC, CPI, CPM, Attribution and LTV
  • Hands-on mentality, an analytical and structured way of working, and extraordinary logical thinking skills
  • An understanding of the nuances of both the demand and supply side of a marketplace also a plus. 
  • Excellent verbal & written fluency in English, additional languages is a plus
