THE JOB AT A GLANCE

The Regional People Business Partner (PBP) is part of the People Team. It is a strategic partner/leader providing consultative support to regional, district, and clinic/testing site leadership to help the business execute the overall mission of Carbon Health. The PBP is responsible for aligning business objectives by developing best practices and providing professional HR guidance and support.

Key focus areas are on supporting business efforts in:
1. Developing high-performing leaders & teams, employee engagement, workforce planning, using data to inform conversations and actions, conducting investigations, and performance management coaching, while maintaining consistency across the regions.
2. The successful candidate is a subject expert in employee relations and people-process efficiency and effectiveness. In this role, you must be an employee champion and be sensitive to employees’ needs while applying a business-oriented mindset.
3. The PBP adds value to the business through impactful and meaningful partnership and coaching and collaborates with the Centers of Excellence (Clinic Operations, Talent Acquisition, M&A, Contract Services, Learning & Development, HRIS, Compliance, and Benefits) to ensure a positive and high-performing culture.

What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic guidance as a trusted partner to regional leadership
  • Be a subject matter expert on people and organizational strategies and programs that support business objectives and values
  • Influence and help design organizational development/effectiveness initiatives and interventions and drive improvements through a partnership with leadership 
  • Provide strategic counsel, feedback, and coaching to executive teams on broad-ranging issues including business strategy, process, and all people-related activities
  • Partner with talent acquisition to create and execute staffing plans
  • Partner with the Director of People to create and execute organizational growth and development plans for the People function
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and practices, particularly in the clinical settings

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 is the salary range. Compensation offers are determined by a balance of factors such as level of education, experience, work history, and geographic location. The Company complies with all state and local wage and hour laws and provides a total rewards package of compensation plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) plan, learning and development programs, Learning Time Off,, and Paid Time Off. *Range is provided at a National level; however, depending upon candidate location, we will consider Cost of Labor differentials.
