We’re looking for an inspiring Regional HR Manager to join our 20+ person Croatian team in Zagreb focused on strategically and tactically supporting them through every stage of the employment lifecycle.

This role is interesting because:

  • You will be Robin’s only HR presence in the Zagreb office, acting as a critical partner to local employees at every level. 
  • You will have ownership of programs that support the local team while collaborating closely with your USA-based HR counterparts on company-wide programs.
  • Your work will impact the experience of every new employee through orientation around HR policies, internal procedures, office culture, etc.
  • Every day will be different - you’ll work across many different areas of HR, such as employee relations, performance management, succession planning, benefits administration, leaves and beyond.

You are qualified if you have:

  • Experience across multiple areas of HR (operations, compliance, hiring, performance management, employee relations and employee engagement). 
  • Deep knowledge and practical application of employment-related laws, regulations and best practices (and you strive to ensure the organization's compliance accordingly).  
  • Strong problem-solving skills. The rest of your HR team is at least 6 hours behind your timezone so there won’t always be someone immediately available to help solve problems. 
  • Fluent business English (both written and spoken)
  • Been a member of an international team (specifically a USA-based company)
  • Experience working in a IT/software business environment
