Regional HR Manager

The ideal candidate is a people’s person, with the ability to lead the full scope of Human Resources
responsibilities and work closely with the management and centers of excellence on strategic initiatives
for our Balkan region (Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Macedonia, Albania,
Montenegro, Kosovo, Moldova).

General HR responsibilities:
· Managing the full cycle of employee experience from hiring to offboarding
· Work closely with our regional Management to ensure HR meets business needs
· Contributing proactively to a positive company culture
· Supporting the development and implementation of group initiatives in the field of:
Performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee
engagement, and other strategic initiatives
· Promoting a performance culture and continuously reviewing productivity and employee
development, making recommendations for professional improvements and growth across the
region

· Implementing HR and People related policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with
local Labor Laws and strategic initiatives
· Oversee onboarding and offboarding process to ensure seamless and positive transitions
· Reviewing the salary structure and benefits plan together with our central Total Rewards CoE
and communicate changes or updates for the region
· Facilitating administration of employee benefits and compensation as stipulated in the HR
policies
· Ensuring accurate and complete preparation for the monthly HR payroll with our external
provider
· Developing the annual HR budget for the region, in-line with business priorities, goals and
initiatives together with the regional management
· Supporting the development of our employer branding on the market
Recruiting responsibilities:
· Defining hiring needs across the region together with the regional management, hiring
managers and Recruitment CoE
· Collaborating with the central recruitment team to support the hiring process and participate in
interviews with hiring managers
Desired Characteristics:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related field
· 8+ years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role with payroll experience
· Experience in managing multiple markets
· Strong people’s person with a positive attitude and able to resolve conflicts
· Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills
· Proactively coming up with improvement ideas to make an impact
· Detail-oriented, structured, and organized
· Good time management skills, able to manage several projects at the same time
· Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel is required
· Knowledge of HR policies and systems
· Excellent knowledge of Slovenian language and English
