About the Function:
The Marketing team at CleverTap is passionate about positioning CleverTap as a category creator and a thought leader brand in the retention cloud category globally. We are on a mission to enable 100%  revenue growth globally year over year by building a demand generation engine that delivers consistent, predictable and reliable demand.

About the Role:
Responsible for planning and organizing key events from start to finish so as to enable marketing leads/funnel. Fully accountable for leveraging our share of voice and brand awareness through social media and PR initiatives.

What will you do:
- Prepare end to end plan for events in consultation with the Regional Head of Marketing and regional Sales team including ROI from events
- Identify relevant industry events inline with CleverTap’s audience to increase funnel for the Sales team and own annual event marketing strategy for targeted regions ensuring execution and measurement.
- On the measurement end, the professional is fully accountable for defining touch points for nutrition of leads acquired in events, as well as for following their entire journey in the funnel until becoming an SAL.
- Apply feedback surveys with guests and clients, analyze results and conduct learning sessions for continuous improvement, as well as evaluate and analyze the overall management of the several initiatives for ongoing improvement.
- In alliance with agencies, leverage our share of voice and brand awareness on social media and increase the number of followers in alignment to our ICP
- Increment the traffic of organic audience from social media to the website through a structured calendar of initiatives aligned with the agency
- In alliance to the regional PR agencies, take accountability of the regional interviews and shoots and also monitor the brand perception, coverage and possible issues regarding CleverTap in the countries alongside agencies
- Review and approve monthly and quarterly contents before release and present PR reports summarizing the main publications of the quarter
- Establish, maintain and develop relations with important players of the business, partners and relevant local opinion leaders

What are we looking for?
Must have: 
- 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing for SaaS products
- Working proficiency of HubSpot, Salesforce and other Email Marketing tools (Outreach, Apollo, etc)
- Bachelors in communications, business or marketing stream

Good to have: 
- Spanish language proficiency 

Measures of Success
- MQL / SQL / SAL
- Number of events, mixers, meetups per quarter
- Number of registration/ participation
- Brand Visibility - Share of Voice
- Event budget adherence
