The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for managing a region of Senior Living Communities. In this role you will be responsible for the overall management of assigned communities within your cluster. In addition to overseeing community operations, the Regional Director of Operations is responsible for innovating and implementing processes and procedures to enhance the development of talent and systems in their assigned cluster.

Responsibilities:

Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures within the communities
Provides training and support to all team members and promotes quality care and independence for residents Conducts field audits at the communities within the region
Responsible for setting goals and objectives for operations and sales functions within the region
Lead regional team training sessions with a focus on operations, sales and marketing
