Do you want to join us as our new RECRUITMENT MANAGER

We are looking for another member to join our crewing team, a working environment consisting of highly skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees. As Recruitment Manager you will play a key role in developing, implementing and improving of our offshore recruitment operation and process.

To succeed in this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to our offshore crewing network and stakeholders.You will support our business to ensure that we identify and onboard candidates who exel in given area of expertise and are a great fit to our DOF culture.

In your role you will

  • Lead operational talent strategies to help us hire talented individuals, marine cadets and trainees
  • Drive and improve consistency of our recruitment, selection and onboarding process
  • Provide guidance on building talent pools
  • Build stable pipline for critcal roles
  • Stay updated on market trends with the offshore recruitment area, especially social media and digitalization
  • Follow up on training and copetence requiremetns
  • Responsible for development and follow up annual budget and operating plans


The ideal candidate will have

  • Solid understanding of recruitment of marine crew
  • Proven experience within recrutiment field and usage of wide variety of selection techniques
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required in related field (Human Resource or equivalent; relevant professional experience in lieu of an andvanced degree considered)
  • Ability of develop and implement new ideas or ways of working and adapt to change
  • Good knowledge of ISM, STCW and SOLAS
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, written and spoken
  • Working knowledge of Social media and LinkedIn required
