Taboola, the world’s largest content recommendation platform is looking for a Team Lead to join the Publisher Professional Services group! The Publisher Professional Services group is based in hubs across the world and this position is based out of Tel Aviv, Israel. We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, proactive leader who will manage the day to day operations of the publisher's fraud, performance and policy enforcement team. This role is geared towards a results oriented leader with a can-do attitude and a passion for data, people and content. 

The Team Lead is a highly motivated team player with passion for implementing processes, enforcing policies and improving the team’s efficiency and quality. Our ideal candidate is analytical, has a strong background in online advertisement, and has the ability to communicate well and to work closely with a variety of centralized departments. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of analysts and content reviewers, driving the growth of the team and expanding its responsibilities.

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?

• Direct management of the team, manage the day to day team’s activities and provide technical leadership, manage growth and career development
• Monitor and improve the team’s efficiency and quality by creating and reporting KPIs, SLAs and setting benchmarks for success
• Implement enforcement processes, workflows and tools aimed at performance and scale
• Be a data expert, report and provide insights and periodic progress reports
• Work closely with Global Business Units, Policy Setting, Operations and Management teams and foster greater collaboration with all stakeholders
• Lead high attention escalations, communicate urgent issues internally and externally, manage conflicts with Business 
• Identify content & fraud risks and define work procedures and tools to maintain high quality level of clicks in the network
• Self-starter who can easily adapt to change (new content, changing policies).

What are the skills a good Publisher Content Review, Quality and Fraud Team Lead needs to have? 

• 2 years experience as Team Lead in a global tech environment 
• Hands on experience with KPI setting and measurement
• Experienced in converting data to insights, data analysis tools and methods
• Attention to detail coupled with the ability to make fact based decisions quickly
• Ability to present a quantitative aspect and influence the business side of the organization
• Excellent time management skills, able to work independently and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, must be able to convey clear and concise messages
• Excellent work pacing (time management) skills, able to work independently and prioritize
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Willingness to work hard, hustle, and get things done with a hands-on approach, Executor in soul, motivated, takes initiative, high energy.
