Job Overview

The position of Project manager in Video department of World of Warships and World of Warships Legends is an integral part of the studio's leadership team. Working in this position means great opportunities to interact with this audience, implement ambitious ideas, and be a part of the most professional teams in the industry. At the same time, it means great responsibility before the players and the team.

World of Warships is the best naval game around, letting you take the command of legendary warships from the period of the 20th century as you battle your way across the open sea with other players.

The project is driven by a team of international developers who combine talent with their passion for video games, resulting in World of Warships being a favorite hobby for millions all around the globe with keeping its community ever-growing!

What will you do?

• Managing, coordinating, setting goals for video group
• Building open partnerships with stakeholders, and other departments involved in the project’s development and operation
• Prioritizing and setting project goals based on product metrics, monitoring their implementation, and retrospectively analyzing results.
• Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the team
• Reporting on project performance
• Strategic development of the project

What are we looking for?

• Have 2 or more years of an experience in producing videos (portfolio of products will be highly appreciated)
• Have experienced all stages of video development from concept to release
• Have an experience in leading team (10+ employees)
• Ability to gather and synchronize the requirements of different stakeholders.
• Ability to stay productive and calm in highly demanding situations and in a constantly changing environment
• Fluent Russian and English
