Project Manager ServiceNow/CMBD - 4179

Brussels, Belgium

We are looking for an Project Manager ServiceNow/CMBD to be based in Brussels

Delivery mode : Near-site ( (3d onsite/2d remote)

 Key responsibilities

  • Leads project delivery from beginning to end;
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders;
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents following the company’s standard;
  • Ensure that project meets it’s deliverables in agreed schedule, as per the scope, within stipulated budget and as per the quality standards;
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team lead and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
  • Liaise with client (SNCB/MNBS) and IT Teams on an ongoing basis;
  • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary as per defined process;
  • Ensures project or service scope and deliverables are defined and agreed with all relevant parties;
  • Diagnoses and evaluates potential risks and issues throughout the project and executes appropriate plans to mitigate them. Reports regularly to the Team Lead and Stakeholders with regard to risks,
  • Be a key member of the overall Project Delivery Services Team

 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Delivery experience with the Service-now.com platform for 2 years (and/or similar ITSM toolsets for 3+ years) particularly with the autodiscovery module
  • Strong affinity with CMDB, ITOM and its complexity
  • Relevant experience in one of the following domains: o Application development (web, mobile)
  • ERP (SAP) and corporate Services
  • IT Infrastructure
  • Experience in RFP within Public Sector will also be considered as an additional asset
  • Recognises and applies our Core Values: Professionalism, Respect, Entrepreneurship, Corporation and Leadership
  • Demonstrated “can do” work ethic coupled with effective time management and ability to overcome ambiguously or under-defined problems
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology and SAFe (Essentials) are considered an asset
  • PM² and/or PMBOK knowledge are preferred. Prince2, PMP knowledge/ qualifications are an asset; ITIL Certification
  • Can facilitate Steerco, project update meetings
  • Possesses the ability to communicate, present and produce documentation on various levels for differing audiences
  • Proficient in Dutch, French, and English

  • Must have legal authorisation to work and live in Belgium.
