MQDC Metaverse is a newly established subsidiary under Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC), focusing on innovating metaverse experiences with the unique value propositions.
MQDC is a prominent real estate developer, operating on the principle “For All Well-being”. It means that we strive to provide the best life not only for the humankind but for all living beings.
For our metaverse initiative, MQDC embraces and pushes the limit of the state-of-the-art Web3 technology as the digital transformation from our core business. Rather than deploying the ready-to-use platforms, we are innovating our unique metaverse with our global partners. Our business model will focus on:

What you will do every day (Roles & Responsibilities)
- Assist the Project Management Lead to develop and manage a detailed project schedule, work plan and budget.
- Assist the Project Management Lead to ensure the project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist the Project Management Lead by monitoring progress and cost and escalate to project manager as needed.
- Coordinate with internal and external resources, ensuring project deliverables remain within schedule, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about schedule, cost, and any adjustments escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.
