We’re looking for Project Coordinator for Noventiq Cambodia. You’ll be a part of our APAC Delivery team.

Job purpose: Managing typical projects in time, within the budget, following internal standards; assisting project managers in complex projects.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage time, approachability, resources, project budget
  • Monitoring and controlling project tasks
  • Manage full life-cycle of the project
  • Organizing project workflow
  • Coordinating customer’s relationship with possible involvement of project manager
  • Assisting project managers in complex projects
  • Organizing and logging of meetings
  • Managing other tasks from project managers

Authorities: Take risks not exceeding 10% of the project budget, hiring/replacement team (excluding a subcontractors)

Experience: 2-3 years in IT, 1 years of management experience

Knowledge and skills: higher education, basic knowledge of project management

Communications:

Internal: sales and delivery departments, back office, customers, quality assurance department.

External: partners, vendors, customers
