Program Manager, Employer Branding EMEA 

As an Program Manager, Employer Branding EMEA  at Adyen, you will play a critical role in developing our talent brand across our 11 offices across EMEA. We have ambitious growth ambitions in EMEA, and we want our brand as the employer of choice to grow with us. In this role, you will shape the strategy of Adyen’s EMEA employer brand and execute on impactful, needle-moving initiatives. You will also ensure global content is used to enable our APAC recruitment team in order to begin building talent brand awareness in the region.

In this role, you will sit within the global Employer Brand team, which is part of the global Recruitment team. You will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to shape the strategy and create campaigns and initiatives that drive candidate engagement and recruitment enablement. This role will be based out of our Amsterdam office.

What you’ll do

  • Shape and execute our Employer Brand strategy across our 11 EMEA offices, ensuring alignment with the broader global Employer Brand team goals.
  • Repurpose global and local campaigns for APAC to begin building talent brand awareness in the region. 
  • Be a key source of knowledge on the local talent brand landscape and partner with the EMEA recruitment team to execute on advocacy, education, and enablement initiatives.
  • Own and grow our digital presence in EMEA, creating strong relationships with key local platforms and partnerships.
  • Define and monitor metrics and KPIs on local Recruitment Marketing initiatives, taking a data-driven approach to everything you do.

Who you are

  • An ambitious, data-driven individual with solid Employer Brand experience who excels in converting data into insights and insights into action.
  • An expert in the current recruitment and talent attraction landscape in EMEA and knowledgeable about local recruitment trends, bleeding edge technology, and new employer brand practices.
  • Excellent at stakeholder management with experience working with internal and external parties to drive alignment and delivery on concurrent projects.
  • Experience building awareness, engagement, and talent attraction campaigns. 
  • An entrepreneurial and fast-working individual who is not afraid to get creative and be bold in your work.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required for this position.

Please note that this role is a full-time position in Amsterdam. It will require a relocation in case you live outside of the Netherlands.
