Program Manager, Employer Branding
As a Program Manager, Employer Branding at Adyen, you will play a critical role in developing our talent brand across our 4 offices in North America (Chicago, San Francisco, New York and Toronto). We have ambitious growth goals in North America, and we want our brand as the employer of choice to grow with us. In this role, you will shape the strategy of Adyen’s North America employer brand and execute on impactful, needle-moving initiatives. You will also ensure global content is used to enable our LATAM recruitment team in order to begin building talent brand awareness in the region.
In this role, you will sit within the global Employer Brand team, which is part of the global Recruitment team. You will collaborate closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to shape the strategy and create campaigns and initiatives that drive candidate engagement and recruitment enablement. This role will be based out of our Chicago Tech Hub office.
