Search Kyrgyzstan is recruiting Program Assistant (PA) for Central Asia program Project.
Your Contribution
The PA will report to the Project Coordinator and assist Project Coordinator in overall implementation of the project. She/He will provide full programmatic and logistics assistance in implementing projects’ strategic goals and objectives.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Programmatic Assistance
● Prepare activity reports and submit in agreed timeline to PC;
● Provide M&E data for each activity and upload to the online system;
● Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments according to project implementation plan;
● Take minutes during meetings and report according the project team;
● Provide oral and written translation as needed;
● Promote project activities on social media accounts of Search;
● Attend Search’s organizational initiatives as required
● Actively participate in the development of new ideas to achieve the goals of the project.
Administration, Operations, and Logistics Assistance
● Ensure compliance with Search Operations Manual, policies and procedures;
● Demonstrate excellence in incorporating Search’s Common Ground principles for conflict transformation throughout all aspects of management and relationship-building;
● Process project procurement and payments in accordance with Search’s policies and procedures;

Minimum requirements for this position include:
● Bachelors’s degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Religious Studies, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding, Law;
● At least one years of working experience at local or international NGOs, including paid/unpaid internship;
● Minimum understand of basic data collection tools as conducting In-depth interviews, Key informant interviews, and Focus groups;
● Experience on Gender issues, in women's entrepreneurship or women`s development is required
● Experience on peacebuilding projects is highly desired;
● Experience on working with high-level regional, national and local state institutions is desired;
● Improved academic writing skills;
● Advanced computer skills and familiarity with graphic design programs and software;
● Minimum SMM skills;
● Advanced English and Russian language skills (written and oral), knowledge of Central Asia languages is an asset.
● Experience in conducting media campaigns is highly desired
● Experience in the development scenarios of social videos, copywriting is highly desired
