We are looking for a Production Assistant to join us and help the Animation team with the organization of the Motion Capture in Brno location. The role will support the production requirements for the entire Motion Capture pipeline from acquisition to delivery to reach multiple projects’ ambitions in terms of quality and schedule. We're looking for someone who's passionate about making great quality games, is willing to work hard, and helps the team stay organized and on track. This position offers a unique opportunity to cooperate with developers and an opportunity to support their efforts to achieve a breathtaking gaming experience at the very edge of the possibilities of our target platforms (PC, Xbox Series X, and PS5).

What You Will Do:

• Cover needs for shooting at Brno Motion Capture facility (booking actors & Mocap, taking care of administration & refreshments for participants, etc.).
• Coordinating between Hangar 13 and our partners (e.g., 2K Games Mocap).
• Hangar 13 3D Scanner process coordination.
• Track Mocap schedule and coordinate its usage between internal projects.
• Working closely with production teams, leads, and animation team to provide the information needed to hit set project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
• Communicating changes with the producer/leads and updating information in the tracking system.
• Scheduling and tracking the work related to Mocap pipeline.
• Development team activities support (team building organizations and others).

Who We Think Will Be A Good Fit:

• Perfect written and spoken English and Czech.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills (timekeeping, scheduling, etc.) with a ‘how can I help’ demeanor.
• Ability to keep clear, transparent, and trackable email communication.
• Good proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Resourcefulness and flexibility working whilst maintaining a calm demeanor under the pressure of tight deadlines.
• Curiosity about developing video games.

Nice to Have

• Past experience with organizing events.
• Basic knowledge of animation and related software (3ds Max, Maya, Motion Builder, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of some tracking/scheduling tools (Hansoft, JIRA, ShotGrid (former Shotgun), Trello, …).
