Through your products, you’ll help drive real, visible commercial benefits for Fuel50 and our customers.

As the Product Manager on this team, you will be working directly with our Senior Product Manager, and the EVP of Product, to lead strategy and execution across our flagship Talent Marketplace product at Fuel50, partnering with our customers, product designers and engineers to maximize the potential of our platform.

In addition, you have an innate drive to be successful. You want to take the initiative and solve big problems, and with a growing product team there will always be new opportunities in the future to shape how the function evolves over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand our business strategy, identify business problems and opportunities that can change the trajectory of the business
  • Build and manage Talent Marketplace roadmap: effectively prioritize business opportunities from a wide range of inputs (including the market, our customers and prospects), understand and prioritise this work so your team is always working on the most impactful initiatives
  • Translate problems into tangible product outputs, through research and regular interaction with customers, prospects and our own customer facing teams; define and frame those problems for the team
  • Collaborate with your product development team in thinking big, to imagining future solutions that solve these problems
  • Contribute to our product feature documentation / user guides including help and support documentation for our customers and partners where relevant
  • Own and maintain the quality of the product areas your team are responsible for; raise the quality bar across our product by delivering world-class software with every release.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role in a high growth product organisation, preferably in a B2B SAAS product.
  • You will have demonstrable full lifecycle experience bringing a product or a major feature to market
  • Ideally you have a strong design appreciation, as it’s essential you’re able to think deeply about product design decisions and have an understanding of how to create simple user interfaces..
  • You can clearly communicate product decisions and the rationale behind them. You are able to translate complex concepts simply to both technical and non-technical audiences. You’re comfortable making decisions without consensus. You can help others make decisions by being persuasive.
  • You have experience working with both qualitative customer insights, and quantitative customer data to inform decisions. You’ve conducted user research, a/b tests and have worked closely with product designers
  • You will have experience leading highly cross-functional teams working closely with engineering, design and data science teams

It would be great if you have:

  • Experience working in a B2B SAAS product serving enterprise customers
