We are Relish Works, an innovation hub focused on challenging the status quo and pioneering the next evolution of the food industry. Relish Works operates as an independent start-up focused on user-centered solutions and improvements to the wholesale food distribution business, as well as solving for unmet customer needs within the broader food industry.

 

We are a scrappy group of passionate practitioners and are looking to add a talented Product Growth Marketer to our team. This will be a remote contracted position. 

 

About the role:

Relish Works is seeking a Product Growth Marketer to help with identifying market opportunities for building B2B relationships for the food service industry. You will work closely with a small Growth team to connect dots and inspire great solutions that ultimately drive ventures forward. You will bring user perspective to sales, customer experience, and product development. 

 

This role is best suited for someone who is looking for a balance of doing and managing. As the Product Growth Marketer, you will be tasked with creating and overseeing the campaign testing strategy, identifying how to measure related initiatives, and developing an agile marketing organization that can implement, track, and optimize campaigns over multiple platforms. The venture that this role supports requires a leader who can adapt as new opportunities arise, recommend product changes based on learnings, and is willing to step in as an individual contributor and internal expert on platforms as necessary. An entrepreneurial and curious mindset is a must! 



Responsibilities

  • Bring solutions to market that prove our unique value by partnering with cross-functional teams to expand customer reach
  • Perform ongoing market research to determine potential addressable audiences
  • Develop product growth marketing strategies and ensure execution of team deliverables and measure performance of these materials against testing strategies 
  • Communicate results and go-forward plans and strategies with leadership Proactively and methodically test new tactics and channels to uncover opportunities for product growth
  • Manage the marketing organization budget and reporting processes to ensure the team is performing as efficiently as possible 
  • Support sales strategies and in-person events by nurturing audiences and providing enablement materials
  • Manage social media platforms
  • Act as the internal expert on all things marketing for the venture’s product and solution offerings


Success in this role will be measured by the ability to identify the appropriate audience for the products provided, growth from upsell opportunities gained, and the number of tests run contributing to learnings that can help facilitate future conversations for the venture. 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B product growth/performance marketing experience, with extensive experience in digital platforms
  • Knowledge of developing marketing strategies based on common testing methodologies (A/B, Multivariate, Usability)
  • Experience developing end-to-end campaigns in PPC, Email, SEO, and Partnerships and managing the execution of any related programs by other team members
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated success scaling lifecycle marketing programs
  • Strong analytical skills and experience presenting campaign learnings to executives in an ROI-centric manner
  • Proven success bringing new products to market
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and cross-functional teams in a startup environment
  • Excellent communication skills – both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging
