In wallex, we need a product designer to help us improve designing of our products. As our expected product designer, you will:
- Design all aspects of the product lifecycle, including user research, UX design, visual design, and prototyping.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams to define problems that lead to UX solutions.
- Create and validate concepts with end-users and turn insights into features and actionable deliverables.
- Produce deliverables for every stage of the design process like interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual assets for web and mobile
- Run various user tests including the Usability tests and A/B tests to validate and iterate during the design cycle.
- Document the design decision-making process and being able to back up the decisions with qualitative or quantitive data
- Review what is being developed in the early stage and keep the feedback loop as small as possible for the team
Requirements
In this role, you must have:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in customer product design.
- Experience in working with Design and Prototyping Tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Proven experience in designing at Tech-companies and delivering great products which are used by real users.
- Experience in designing products and features for multiple platforms including desktop, PWA, and native apps.
- Ability to work independently based on minimal direction.
- Excellent communication skills together with analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Desire to constantly advance your work and attend to all the details.
- Understanding the balance between perfect design and getting to market.
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
- Proficiency in design software.
