We invite a talented Product Designer to join our growing team to create project management products, including some of the most popular add-ons for Atlassian Jira. The design team is a friendly team of multidisciplinary specialists with a wide range of knowledge and skills, engaged in product design. In addition to the key product Structure, we develop the design and functionality of add–ons - Gantt, Pages, etc., as well as research and develop concepts for new products.
We widely use Structure within the company for planning and organizing tasks at all stages – from business ideas to planning UX/UI tasks, releases and testing. The development process is transparent, everyone can participate in the discussion of new functionality. We actively fight for the quality of the product inside and out:
We put forward a lot of hypotheses to solve the tasks together with PM
Developing our own Design System
We work closely with the Frontend team and product developers
We validate the solutions we have proposed after implementation
We conduct user testing before and after releases
It is impossible to do without close communication within the team; in addition to live communication and active correspondence in Slack, we hold daily stand-up meetings. Also, all team members can participate in communication with users to better understand their needs: from correspondence in the support system, to live meetings at conferences and on trips to clients. If you are interested in a vacancy, send a short story about yourself and links to the portfolio.
