We are looking for an experienced technical writer to work as part of our global configuration team. The core focus of this role is translating and transforming technical and functional information from across the Product, Configuration and Engineering teams into resource documentation for both internal and external use.
As such excellent skills in communication, writing and documentation editing is required to be successful.
With interactions across the teams, we are ideally looking for someone who can work from our Takapuna office at least some of the time.
The role will report to the Global Configuration Lead
Requirements
The role will be responsible for:
- Content creation; Production of high-quality content that clearly articulates the key concepts of Fuel50 features to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Content Management & administration; Undertaking a full review of existing static content to ascertain where there are opportunities for improvement and gaps that need to be addressed.
- Collaborating with the Helpdesk team to ensure content supports the needs of both clients and agents who are interacting with the Fuel50 Helpdesk.
- Process and workflow management.
Skills/Experience Required;
- Experience using Office 365 across the suite
- 3+ years experience in technical writer/product content developer role or similar
- Excellent skills in writing and editing documentation content
- Advanced formatting skills with the ability to produce high-quality professional content
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining workflows for collaborative management of content management portals.
