The Technical Trainer provides training to new and current employees on all Bazaarvoice products and how they work at a high-level.  This role requires an excellent communicator who is able to explain complex subjects in a clear and concise way.  The Technical Trainer is also responsible for creating and maintaining all training materials ensuring that all documentation is updated as new features and functionality are released.

The Technical Trainer will also provide remote training to clients on basic product features and functionality and will be responsible for creating and maintaining client-facing documentation that will be made available via Support Community.

Salary range start at 1800 EUR gross per month depending on experience and skills the candidate will bring to the role.

Responsibilities;

  • Develop technical training programs according to organizational requirements
  • Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
  • Determine course content according to objectives
  • Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, etc.)
  • Execute training sessions, webinars, and workshops in groups or individually
  • Gather, report, and maintain data on completed courses, absences, issues, etc.
  • Observe and evaluate the results of training classes and make adjustments as necessary to address any identified issues or gaps
  • Determine the overall effectiveness of the training program and make improvements as necessary

Requirements;

  • Proven experience as a technical trainer
  • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
  • Experience in designing technical course content
  • Ability to address training needs with complete courses
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Powerpoint) and Google Workspace apps
  • Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to large groups
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Degree in a relevant technical field
