As a Producer, you will work closely with video editors, motion graphic designers, videographers, and sound engineers to develop and manage production and project delivery process at all stages from briefing to concept, execution to delivery.

You will play a crucial role in leading the origination of digital experiences and solutions for Tridge Exhibition 365.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage organization and production of multiple projects, and coordination of interdisciplinary teams to evolve and execute conceptual work into clear sets of deliverables
  • Coordinate the entire production process, from pre-production and filming through to post-production, ultimately ensuring the delivery of all project deliverables on time, on budget and of the highest quality
  • Cultivate great ideas and find the best delivery approach to support the Creative team, while ensuring business success
  • Proactively seek out project risks and ensure clear mitigation plans and solutions are in place
  • Encourage team members to recognize and act on opportunities to spot and win businesses
  • Spark creativity through collaboration with Marketing & Sales teams to drive the best results
  • Track and identify new opportunities to improve methodology and offerings from a production perspective


Required Technical and Professional Expertise are:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field
  • Proven track record of production, organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Solid people management and communication skills
  • Good understanding of the creative and production process
  • Excellent attention to detail and tenacity in following up
  • Proficient in English


Not a must, but better if

  • Experience working on digital experiences development for both B2C and B2B industries
  • Experience working in a creative agency, branding agency, or marketing agency
