Seeking a highly organised and customer-centric individual, responsible for delivering pest control services by
consistently completing scheduled tasks among both new and existing clients; and satisfactorily communicating with
support staff and customers in order to provide outstanding customer service and customer relationship building.
Execute work schedule and clarify with Supervisor any special work or items not clearly understood,
ensuring that the quota of work for any given day is expeditiously completed.
2. Arrive at appointments on time and contact the appropriate personnel (Supervisor or Service Controller)
at the office, immediately, for further instructions or for a replacement, should an appointment run over
the allotted time, be postponed or cancelled.
3. Inspect and carry out treatment for the control or eradication of rats, mice, cockroaches, ants, fleas, ticks,
mosquitoes or other pests. Use the appropriate dosage rates and equipment to discharge and dispense
insecticidal spray, baits, rodenticides and other chemical preparations safely, professionally and without
risk to yourself.
4. Comprehensively and accurately enter service related information on the Company mobile device
provided and/or any other Company documents required to accurately reflect the mileage between each
appointments, time spent, preparation used, the treatment applied and any conditions which may impede
our pest management objectives.
5. Report to the customer by issuing a copy of the service report, which must confirm the status of their
pest control service, pests found and the corrective action taken. In addition, communicate with the
customer, where possible, to obtain feedback as to their level of satisfaction and concerns.
6. Collect payment as requested by the company, cheques or cash, for pest control services or any other
service delivered by the company and issue temporary receipts for all payments collected.
7. Ensure that the vehicle assigned to you is kept secured, clean, tidy, well maintained in safe road-worthy
condition, with an adequate supply of gas and oil at all times and that it is courteously and lawfully
driven.
8. Ensure that the equipment assigned to you is kept secured and in good working condition at all times
and that all preparations are kept secured in their poison-lockers, water-proofed, and rotated in the
correct manner.
9. Apply appropriate knowledge of the company’s preparations and their application rates as it relates to
insecticidal spray, rodenticides, baits, baits stations and that traps are discharged, dispensed and affixed
appropriately and according to their technical specifications as outlined in the company’s technical
handbook.
10. Report any problems, difficulties, injury or damage of any kind at the job site, including damage found
before the work has commenced immediately to the Supervisor, or in his absence to the Operations
Manager/ S.H.E. Manager.

Must reside in the Parish of Manchester, St. Elizabeth, Trelawny
Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture, Construction, or Customer Service
Have a valid General drivers Licence.
Ability to easily grasp new Digital technologies on phone or computer.
Previous experience in an outdoor position in Agriculture, Construction or Customer Service environment will be an asset
Pest Control applicator certification an asset
