About the Role

Hi all! We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a big appetite for learning to join our team and further strengthen our tracking and analysis while working with cross-functional expertise! You will help us use web technologies to achieve our business growth goals. You will be responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns for Foodics, considering the results that the brand wants to achieve. You should leverage your competencies to understand which marketing channels are most suitable for the advertising campaign you have to run to ensure the maximum ROI.

You will be able to participate in designing advertising campaigns and optimize already active campaigns to improve their performance constantly. You will also be responsible for reports creation and analysis relating to the progress of campaigns over time, considering metrics, such as the KPI, which allows measuring the effectiveness of the chosen strategy in terms of achievement of the expected goals.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day management, execution, & optimization of PPC channels.
  • Track & analyze the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly.
  • Measure, refine & report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI goals.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on performance
  • Analyze & allocate budgets smartly across channels & campaigns, recommending modifications to ad spending as required.
  • Work closely with the brand team on collaborative projects.
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels.
  • Continuously test new ideas, tools, channels, and product features. Implement best practices on the department level.
  • Plan, monitor, and report key business metrics

Requirements

  • 2+ years of performance marketing working experience
  • Must possess analytical skills, so as estimation and allocation of budgets, targeting and segmentation, and being able to evaluate the performance of all PPC channels
  • Knowledge and prior usage of tools like Facebook Ad Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • The Performance Marketing Specialist should be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with the performance team along with various other departments.
  • A firm understanding of Google Analytics and how to correctly interpret the data there.
  • A basic understanding of marketing automation is preferred
  • Ability to create automated dashboard using Data Studio/Power BI preferred, but not necessary.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Ability to design and run robust tests on the relevant platform.
