THE ROLE
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong analytical mindset and a hands-on Paid Media background to join our Digital Team. As part of this role, you will manage the Performance Media Campaigns for the Group's portfolio of Brands across multiple channels and markets. You will also be the main point of contact for analysis and optimization needs, helping to drive growth and efficiencies across all digital touchpoints.
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO
·       Work alongside the Digital Team to coordinate paid planning and campaign executions across all
Brands and all Channels, including Paid Search & Shopping, Paid Social, Display Video and Programmatic activations.
·       Manage day-to-day operational needs for paid media campaigns together with our partner
agency with a hands-on operational approach.
·       Analyse and report on website Traffic and Performance data, sharing clear insights on
optimizations and opportunities. Proactive attitude in putting ideas into actions.
·       Work closely with the Merchandising team on key product strategies.
·       Work closely with the E-commerce team on Conversion Rate Optimization strategies
·       Work closely with the Brands marketing teams for 360° campaign activations
 
WHO YOU ARE
·       3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment in the fashion luxury vertical or digital
·       performance agency
·       Deep knowledge of Google Analytics & Tableau.
·       Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Able to present and gain insights from data.
·       Hands-on professional knowledge of all main Digital Marketing platforms (Google Ads, Business Manager, DV360)
·       Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage complex workflows.
·       Team player, open-minded problem solver able to find solutions before issues.
·       Committed to results and deliveries.
·       Excellent English knowledge (spoken and written).
