Day in and day out a Performance Marketing Manager in Insider;
- We are growing rapidly and you will play a key role in ensuring we hit our growth and efficiency targets by owning a critical function – digital acquisition marketing
- You’ll work hands-on, whilst managing a small team responsible for the scaling and optimisation of our Paid Search and Paid Social Programs
- Plan, build, manage, analyze and optimize campaigns across Paid Ads and Paid Social
- Understand our audience and develop powerful persona based targeting and segmentation strategies to attract qualified buyers and target them effectively
- Build our scale-up strategy and set aggressive goals & targets to turn marketing into a revenue-driving growth force
- Forecast well in advance with consideration of growth, business seasonality and market maturity - across 28 regions
- Manage our digital marketing budget, with a key focus on maximizing ROI, delivering a high amount of sales-qualified opportunities, while lowering CAC
- Be a strong team leader, focused on hiring, mentorship, and performance management
- Strong project management skills. Self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward
We want you to join us while we are taking a step into the future if you have
- 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing. Technology or software/SaaS industry is a must
- A university degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a big plus!
- Proven track record in contributing to Marketing’s pipeline generation and revenue targets
- Expert at working with digital marketing platforms, including: Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ad Manager, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, SEMrush
- Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation software is a plus, Salesforce CRM and Hubspot is preferred
- Experienced in leading a small team, with a genuine interest in mentorship and professional development
- Able to work with remote team members and multiple stakeholders across various departments and countries.
- Experienced at working comfortably across all levels of an organization. We’re a pretty flat structure, so we need someone who can transition from working in painstaking detail within platform - but also be able to provide executive-level reports, updates and dashboards to senior stakeholders
- Working within an international company, managing multiple regions is preferred. Our digital marketing function is small but mighty!
- Super energetic positive attitude, a strong sense of humor, and a hearty appetite for growth
- The ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment as well as high emotional intelligence
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and marketing trends
