What would you do working with us?

We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Manager to manage our lead acquisition efforts and help Sunhero scale in order to solve one of the most pressing problems on the planet - the energy transition. As part of the marketing team, you will work on our paid lead acquisition efforts in order to support the efficient growth of the company, reporting directly to the Head of Growth.

This role will allow you to take responsibility from day one and participate in the expansion of Sunhero to help us accelerate the transition to solar energy in Spain.

You will be in a unique position to closely ‌collaborate ‌with the managerial layer of the company to ‌jointly shape ‌the‌ future of our marketing team. To be successful in this role you need to be an entrepreneur at heart. You are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done and openness for iterations and change. You know that building a company means doing whatever works best for customers and partners and you are willing to roll up your sleeves to make this happen.

- Manage our PPC channels, including Google Ads, Native, Display, and Affiliate sources, amongst others.
- Take responsibility for CRO in our ads and landing pages through A/B testing & experimentation.
- Lead the exploration and management of new channels to support sustainable growth.
- Own the reporting and analysis of our marketing channels, driving continuous improvement in our marketing efforts.
- Collaborate in our CRM reactivation strategies through high-quality email & Whatsapp campaigns

What we would need from you to be successful in this role?

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
- +5 years of demonstrated experience leading Performance Marketing channels in high-growth environments. Previous experience in startups is desirable.
- Experience managing landing pages and creative materials.
- Experience working with DDBB and Business Intelligence Tools is highly valued (Metabase/Tableau/PowerBI…)
- The ability to carry on successful CRM reactivation efforts through email campaigns, Whatsapp communications & other channels is a plus.
- Skilled in the use of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar…)
- Track record of successful team management is a plus.
- A strong motivation to have a positive impact on the planet and to change the way people think about energy production.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability to find innovative solutions to challenging problems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Native level of Spanish and fluency in English is required; other European languages are a plus

This is a remote/hybrid position. You can work completely remotely if you prefer. We have a beautiful office in downtown Barcelona, where you are welcome to work if that suits you.
