The Job

One of the key pillars to our growth is User Acquisition, and few UA teams can boast the history of success we’ve had since our founding. 

Every day, they run, control, and optimise a wealth of high-quality creative media to deliver our message and continue the successful growth in the user base we’ve enjoyed Year on Year since 2015.

Flo is looking for a tech-savvy, creative problem solver with experience managing app and web campaigns to join our Paid User Acquisition team.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • 2+ years of performance marketing experience in mobile user acquisition across multiple platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat, Twitter Advertising);
  • Understands programmatic ad buying, how it fits into the media landscape, and has in-depth experience executing programmatic ad buys on at least one mobile demand-side platform;
  • Experience running UA campaigns internationally;
  • Deep understanding of mobile and web attribution models (e.g. SKAN, AppsFlyer);
  • Strong analytical & Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, logical expressions);
  • Effective communication & presentation skills to speak through results of marketing campaigns;
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects with competing deadlines and maintain attention to detail;
  • Works well in a collaborative team atmosphere;

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Health Tech;
  • Experience with data aggregation software like Funnel.io;
  • Experience with Zaraz, Google Tag Manager and/or GA4.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • Planning, executing, and analyzing user acquisition campaigns across performance channels;
  • Ensuring marketing campaigns drive high quality users efficiently, with a focus on ROAS and scale;
  • Identifying platform trends and best practices in order to apply them to campaigns;
  • Cross-functional collaboration to foster product growth;
  • Briefing in the creative team to produce top-performing creatives;
  • Monitor, track and report key metrics;
  • Driving experimentation with marketing partners.
