About the teams
Wonders is hiring a Performance Marketing Lead for our demand generation team to own campaign strategy, execution and reporting. In this B2B role you will market to Chinese owned independent mom and pop restaurants and some chain restaurants.
Our ideal candidate is both technical and strategic: confident building complex campaigns in the digital advertising ecosystem as well as developing strategy, writing creative briefs, and seeing campaigns through to execution, analysis, and optimization.

This will be a remote role based in the US.
Responsibilities
- You will have end-to-end accountability for the overall performance and execution for some of the following channels, direct mail being one of our best performing channels:
- direct mail, sms, native advertising, display ads, YouTube ads, SEM, affiliate marketing and referral marketing
- You will build, monitor, and optimize ads, audiences, messaging and campaigns across digital ad platforms (both traditional ad platforms as well as those unique to Chinese Americans) to drive new qualified leads for our Sales team
- You will continuously identify optimization and experimentation opportunities and develop end-to-end strategies to test new hypotheses
- Build direct mail channel strategy by leveraging data modeling and print/production partners to deliver innovative and scalable ways to grow our customer base
- Partner with product marketing and client success teams to manage audience segmentation strategies across markets and demographic profiles
- Leverage customer insights and own the full lifecycle of the creative development process in partnership with our in-house creative team
- Make performance recommendations and share key learnings
- Manage partnerships with external vendors to drive performance improvements and growth opportunities
- You will own all aspects of attribution, reporting and budgeting for performance marketing campaigns
- You will work cross-functionally with other team members to develop cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Actively seek knowledge and learnings on the latest innovations and opportunities impacting the overall marketing landscape
About you:
- Bilingual Chinese and English speaker
- You are an expert in all things performance marketing and have 5+ years experience across user acquisition and growth at a fast-paced company with at least 3 years in SMB or Micro-SMB B2B marketing
- Direct mail experience is a big plus
- You have exceptional data-driven marketer with demonstrated understanding of bidding strategies, user and audience segmentation, and lifetime value
- You have superior hands-on analytic skills including Excel modeling
- Ability to set-up A/B tests and measure results, in fact this should feel like a second nature to you
- Ability to set goals and execute under tight deadlines required
- Must be extremely detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven
- Excellent negotiation, quantitative, and analytical skills
- Agile and able to adapt quickly to changes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
- A quantitative focused undergraduate or postgraduate degree
