- Send tenders RfI / RfQs to suppliers and analyze the offers;
- Create competition amongst supplier base;
- Conclude contracts with the Prototype Suppliers: NDA, BPCoC;
- Accurately and timely process all purchase request according to the defined procedure;
- Ensure necessary transparency and documentation of Prototype Sourcing decision according to the Compliance rules;
- Develop and sustain relationships with all stakeholders;
- Manage the day-to-day business relationship with key suppliers through supporting activities including ordering, communication of demand/ volume/ delivery time changes, issue resolution, sharing of end-user feedback, follow-up on orders, etc;
- Support the development, alignment, communication and implementation of Purchasing Strategies for the assigned category;
- Price negotiation constantly to improve the cost situation in their own area of responsibility;
- Implement, track and report relevant KPI’s according to the Targets & KPI Settings;
- Conduct the implementation of favorable terms and condition for Continental;
- Create Systematic PVO Analysis to define focus & identify cost saving potential;
- English communication skills;
- PCB/technical background/knowhow will be a plus.
- Academic degree in business administration or engineering;
- Management skills, tools and techniques which ensures a strategic, profit and resulted oriented handling;
- Communication skills including Presentation and Negotiation techniques;
- Problem solving and decision-making tools and techniques;
- Communication skills - good written and verbal abilities;
- Attention to details.
