What You Have to Offer Rain:

The successful candidate is gifted at communicating and working with customers via phone, text, and email. To be successful in this position, you will also need to be adept with computers and technical things in general. You will be the system expert and help our customers use the system for their business. You will be an example of the 5 H’s in every interaction and show them they are part of our Rain family!

The Position:

As an employee of Rain, you must maintain the trust of our clients as a skilled Payments CSM. You will be responsible for new payment customers that have completed the sales process. You will oversee onboarding payment customer accounts and ensure their success. You will make sure they are trained, setup, and supported with our payment platform. 

Job Requirements:

  • This is a full-time, long-term job requiring weekday hours (8-hour shifts).
  • We are looking for someone who wants a career fit with a tech-industry leader, so if you're only seeking short-term work, this will not be the opportunity for you.
  • Knowledge of payment processing and Salesforce is preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A ravenous appetite when solving problems.
  • Ability to maintain composure and focus when clients might sometimes be angry.
  • Ability and eagerness to genuinely help our clients.
  • Ability to handle a diverse workload in a high-pressure environment.
  • You must have an aptitude for acquiring skills and an eagerness to learn.
  • You must have excellent time management skills and be able to make decisions quickly.
  • You must have the drive to take ownership of the customer and see problems through to resolution.
  • You must have the ability to work full-time and be punctual and dependable.
  • You must believe in our 5 H’s and commit to following them in every interaction you have.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Salary:

  • $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
