Overview
We’re looking for a Presentation Designer who will serve as a key collaborator as we bring partnership narratives and elevated design to life with brand partners and prospects. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing esports organization that values creativity, initiative, and innovation. You’ll help infuse the TSM spirit and brand across our visual platforms in sales proposals, new campaign initiatives, partnership activation, and other visual identity systems. Most importantly, you'll help build our design language and establish design standards for the future of our organization.
What You’ll Do
- Create sales materials, partnership recaps, mock-ups, graphics, collateral and broader campaigns for the Global Partnerships team and additional departments, as needed
- Leverage creative platforms and tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Suite & Microsoft Office to build best-in class presentations and pitches for a variety of use cases
- Develop logos, graphic treatments, platform elements, and entitlement space creative for sales ideation and partnership fulfillment
- Work with TSM branding to develop external facing materials that strongly represent the company's brand
- Be proactive for design and presentation enhancements
- Understand the transformation of written ideas and stories into visual design and slides
- Find effective ways to visually integrate data in our materials to support storytelling
- Accountable for TSM photobook of images for presentation material
- Organizing slides and presentation for easy access and review
- Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities, draw inspiration for the department, and stimulate creative innovation
- Join brainstorm & ideation meetings as appropriate
What It Takes To Be Successful
- 2+ years of work experience in Graphics or Graphics-adjacent Design

Proficiency in Adobe Creative (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Google Suite, Canva or other preferred Adobe-compatible design software
- Proficiency in digital design conventions, color theory, typography, and composition
- Creative mindset and desire to tell compelling stories to target audiences
- High attention to detail
- Being organized, understanding of prioritization
- Able to work against tight deadlines
- LA-based, or willing to relocate
Nice To Have
- Prior experience working with a marketing/sales organization, with experience developing strategic marketing ideas, campaigns, and pitches
- Understanding of design standards for both desktop and mobile environments
- Strong familiarity of social media and streaming platforms like Twitter,TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch
