The Partner Marketing Manager is a role dedicated to providing marketing support to a defined set of named partners. You will work closely with sales to drive demand for our Talend Product and increase mindshare of Talend within our Partner Ecosystem. You will plan, manage and align partner marketing activities with sales targets, our marketing objectives and improve the partner experience with Talend . You will be responsible to track pipeline and performance of partner marketing initiatives and co-marketing funded programs 

Responsibilities

  • Know The Partners: your value lies in knowing the partners, the customer and market. By working with your Channels sales and their partners, you will engage with partners to drive demand for our Talend product portfolio. You will be the primary marketing contact for our AMER business partners.
  • Enable the Partners: execute locally the global enablement program, take the responsibility on the marketing enablement for the AMER partners.
  • Market with Partners: Collaborate with Channel Sales and Field marketing teams to influence the Partners marketing investments and land the demand gen marketing tactics with business partners to drive business results, leveraging Co-Marketing funding.
  • Develop a quarterly plan that delivers YTY growth in Business Partner Opportunity Identification (channel pipeline) thru Co-Marketing and enablement programs.
  • Drive partner utilization of Co-Marketing programs by providing partners with the most current/applicable assets and marketing planning assistance.
  • Advocate and Integrate partners into Talend led marketing tactics and events.

Talend takes a market-based approach to pay, and therefore pay ranges may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of three zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. For candidates working in the United States, the base salary
range for this role will be:
 
Zone 1- Rest of the USA: $98400-135300 USD
Zone 2- DC Metro (DC, MD, VA), Boston, NYC Metro (NY, NJ, CT), San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Seattle, Philadelphia: $105600-145200 USD
Zone 3- San Francisco Bay Area: $116000-159500 USD
 
Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, pay parity and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. These roles are all on a 50/50 split base/variable with 100% non-recoverable draw for the first three months plus benefits.
