Partner Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - Southern Europe

To strengthen our team we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Partner Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. In this position, you will closely collaborate with the tado° Sales & Marketing teams to plan, localize and implement our B2C and B2B marketing strategies among our partners in several European markets with special attention to Southern Europe (France, Italy, Spain).

Your tasks will include:

  • Contribute to the development of the overall trade marketing strategy, localize the strategy to your respective markets and implement it with partners.
  • Monitor performance of the local strategy, make recommendations for improvements and apply accordingly. Share best practice across the team and apply learnings from other markets.
  • Plan, implement and execute campaigns and promotions with B2C and B2B partners (e.g. online retail partners and utility partners); review and analyze the performance to make data driven decisions for future campaigns and optimisations.
  • Further develop our partner content strategy across B2C and B2B channels and ensure a cohesive brand experience across channels.
  • Continuously review the performance of partner content; optimize and update tado° content on partner websites with the goal to increase sales performance.
  • Evaluate marketing proposals from partners regarding effectiveness, efficiency and brand-fit and align them with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Establish and implement guidelines and toolkits for partner activities.
  • Collaboration within the Sales & Marketing team as well as with other teams, such as Marketing Design and Customer Experience, for marketing related and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • You work well independently, in a structured way
  • You have a hands-on mentality and you are result focused and prioritize your work accordingly
  • Proficient at stakeholder management, getting others on board for ideas and projects
  • Excellent communication & writing skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Good knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Min. 3 years experience in a Marketing role in Trade, Retail or E-Commerce, preferably in Southern European markets
  • Background in Business Administration, Communication Science, Marketing or comparable field of studies
