The Position

Bringing people together through events & making our customers happy is core to every position at Swoogo.  The Swoogo Partner Manager will play an essential role as a customer quarterback for our partner ecosystem.  Through a pandemic and a rapidly evolving economic landscape, our customers have been forced to change their event plans, goals & budgets.  The way people gather will continue to evolve as well, and our customers need guidance while navigating through a rapidly changing event tech & services industry.  The Swoogo Partner Manager will help our customers find solutions within our partner ecosystem, and strengthen key alliances with the best players in the space.  

You Will: 

  • Build strategic partnerships that deliver results; work with 30+ partners
  • Create & execute business plans with our partners that align to a common vision and goal
  • Recruit emerging partners and identify goal congruence with key decision makers
  • Enable our sales teams on both holistic & specific partner solutions
  • Work closely with our product team to ensure our partner integrations are seamless
  • Listen closely to our customer-facing teams; help solve customer problems through partnership
  • Prioritize, prioritize, prioritize (the most impactful partnerships)
  • Contribute to Swoogo partner program development; be a part of the journey in building something great
  • Align with our marketing team to ensure our partners are involved in all key initiatives
  • Help build a world-class partner ecosystem at Swoogo

Must-Haves

  • 5 – 7+  years of partner management experience, ideally with a rapid-growth SaaS company 
  • 2+ years of EventTech experience (not a “must” for the right candidate)
  • Experience demoing SaaS products & partnership solutions
  • Deep understanding of both technology & services partnerships 
  • Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize, and excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn SaaS platforms for productivity
