About The Role
As a key member of the Acquisition Marketing team, the Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for media planning, execution, and optimization of our full-funnel media campaigns to drive business results across Food52, Schoolhouse, and Dansk brands. The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee and execute paid search, shopping, and paid social advertising efforts across multiple platforms, including Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. Duties will also include reporting/ dashboard building, A/B testing, and supporting paid media asset development across brand and performance campaigns.

Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day paid media planning, execution, and reporting (across upper/mid/lower funnel campaigns across multiple brands (Food52, Schoolhouse and Dansk).
Analyze and optimize campaign performance by performing tests, analyzing data, and resolving inefficiencies in order to increase ROI
Build and manage effective campaigns that will positively impact acquisition and revenue
Work cross-functionally with CRM, content, merchandising, brand partnerships, and creative teams
Conduct pacing and optimize accordingly between platforms and brands to ensure campaigns are within budget
Build recommendations for campaign improvement and own A/B testing
Discover and test new media opportunities
Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships team to execute co-branded paid campaigns on various platforms to drive partner purchases through Food52.
Work with the data and dev teams to ensure proper tagging and tracking

Requirements/Qualifications
3-5 year(s) experience managing paid search and social campaigns in platforms with emphasis on search (Google Ads, Bing) followed by social (Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager etc.)
Experience with video, display, audio, direct mail, or affiliate marketing a plus. 
Experience working with cross functional creative and product teams
Experience working with a 6 figure monthly budget
Knowledge of bidding strategies, targeting capabilities, as well as web & app tracking setup and troubleshooting.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing landscape
Ability to develop and manage multiple media campaigns simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Strong project management skills, managing internal and external stakeholders, and multiple campaigns at once
Experience with Google Analytics

Compensation & Benefits
For residents of CT, NJ or NY the compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000. Factors used to determine the salary range for a given position may impact what salary within the stated range may be offered to any particular candidate (e.g., years of experience, level of education obtained, etc.).
