We are looking for a strategic and crypto-passionate person to join the team. The Paid Marketing Coordinator will support our growing team in every aspect of workflow and production. We are seeking someone who is just as excited about the space as we are to help support our Marketing team. In this role you will establish relationships, plan future projects, and organize paid media documents. If this sounds like something you're interested in please apply today!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Help create and execute ad-hoc and campaign initiatives in-platform of various social (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, Tiktok) and Search (Google) platforms for brand and performance goals
  • Establish relationships with key Crypto-native sites & podcasts as well as Social/Search platform reps for new ideas in strategy, targeting and creative 
  • Planning - audience research and trends, draft, issue and vet RFPs, identify and select vendors, create media plans, deploy and manage Insertion Orders
  • Creative - evaluate historical creatives, crypto market trends and intuition to provide creative ideas, manage creative requests/assets/copy and recommend A/B tests
  • Trafficking -  manage placement of relevant tags/pixels in order to accurately monitor on-site metrics
  • Reporting - create aggregated performance reports and present analysis/ insights for optimization via Google Sheets/Slides
  • Performance - optimize campaign performance in-platform based on KPIs and data
  • Organize paid media documents (decks, reports, media kits, etc) in various platforms (Gdrive, Notion)

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 2+ years of experience working within digital media, social, or search marketing
  • 1+ year in start-up environment preferred
  • Passion for crypto/web3 and eagerness to consume latest news and developments
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and switch projects/tasks quickly
  • Analytical mindset - comfortable with data analysis and identifying trends/insights
  • Participation and collaboration as an active member of the department

Base Salary Range: $68,000 - $85,000 

(**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)
