OTC&P2P Business Development Manager Russia

Business development Manager(Fiat)


Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research and analysis for P2P&OTC business locally, monitor the competitor’s activities and local regulation.

2. Make P2P business strategy to hire more P2P merchants for a better local P2P liquidity.

3.Make OTC business strategy, build the local OTC network to sell USDT to big buyers and buy USDT back with a lower price through local channels for profits.

4.To find and do the negotiation with local 3rd payment gateway channels and platforms for the integration on BitGet to provide better crypto\fiat liquidity.

5.Coordiante with operation team to plan all kinds of operation activities.

6.Coordiante with customer service team to solve local dispute P2P orders


Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, prefer majoring in finance/banking/marketing/risk management.

2. At least 2 years BD experience, better in financial payment or crypto currency field, with perfect crypto knowledge system and practical experience, growth hacker experience is preferred.

3. Any P2P&OTC BD experience, local fiat channels are preferred.

4. Fluent in English, local language is needed, strong communication, cooperation and expression skills, and knowledge of Chinese language would be a plus.

5. Good data analysis ability, strong sense of responsibility and pressure bearing ability, cheerful personality and dare to challenge.

6. preferably P2P Merchant experience, OTC deals experience, has a network for executing and finding OTC deal in local markets

7. familiar with company registration and banking processes for financial businesses.

8. Location: Russia/Thailand/Taiwan/Mexico/HK/India
