Wrike is looking for an Order Management Specialist with outstanding interpersonal skills to improve organizational efficiency and help our team grow! You will work on different stages of the order-to-cash process. It will start with helping the sales team to structure contracts and create CPQ quotes. Then it will move to reviewing signed documents and making sure they are executed correctly. It will also include processing deals in CPQ and making sure the customer received correct products and services. Finally, it will end by creating and sending invoices and making sure the billing is correct.

You will closely work with the sales, legal and finance teams as well as with business and finance systems analysts. 

More about Your team:

Order Management team is a part of a larger Billing team and consists of 5 members working from a couple of different locations.  We support deals and customers worldwide and closely work with many different teams internally.

How You’ll make an impact:

  • Review, validate, and process customer contracts in CPQ.
  • Make sure the customer is provisioned according to the signed contract and all the contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Create, check and send invoices according to the rules and regulations, as well as in accordance with the customer requirements.
  • Provide support to the Sales, Renewals, Legal, Customer Support, Customer Success and other teams.
  • Help structuring contracts, find the best solution for the sales team making sure it complies with company guidelines and system rules.
  • Validate or escalate exceptions and customization requests.
  • Work in SFDC, CPQ, Netsuite, Wrike, Zendesk.
  • Help with system limitations and/or issues.
  • Respond to customer queries.
  • Help with customer vendor forms.
  • Provide coverage and support to the other members of the billing team when required.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

You will achieve your best if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of relevant experience.
  • Fluent English.
  • Willingness to work from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am.
  • Solid basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, calculating percentages, understanding of proration calculation, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of the order-to-cash process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, great ability to work with different teams and in different environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation, ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture at the same time.
  • Ability to quickly grasp processes and procedures and apply them to everyday tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to find a creative solution while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Ability to adapt to different work styles and to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and stay focused on accomplishing the task.

You will stand out with:

  • Experience in CPQ and Netsuite is a plus.
  • Good understanding of the basics of legal contracts and revenue recognition basics is a plus.
