Onboarding Account Executive 

Responsibilities:

Onboarding Account Managers are the face of the company and the first point of contact that new Partners have on the Slice journey. They are directly responsible for complete finalization of the sale and correct setup of the account, as well as building a trusted relationship during the crucial onboarding period.

Onboarders will:

  • Set up new accounts for success - complete and confirm all information needed for correct set up of the account- and be responsible for setting them live. 
  • Confirm and explain deeper all the aspects of the partnership that the Sales team has already agreed on with the owner, as well as up-sale Slice ingredients.
  • Confirm and help working on initial set up of integrations with the Sales team, as well as reinstating and up-selling the same during the Onboarding period.
  • Provide outstanding experience to the newly joined Restaurants during the onboarding journey
  • Become an extension of the OB accounts portfolio, encouraging loyalty and increased satisfaction 
  • Become an expert on Slice solutions and offerings, providing a unique consultative Onboarding experience which ensures successful and high level handling of possible objections
  • Retain and maintain the portfolio’s cohort and handle any inbound issue or request
  • Proactively reach out to the new accounts to keep a “pulse”  and make sure they and their employees are fully aware of the best practices for the Slice partnership and success 
  • Inclusion on  the hand off of the accounts to the Post-sales teams.
  • Provide feedback and new recommendations based on conversation and requests from restaurants cross functionally 
  • Be included in all running tests for new initiatives, working closely with OPS, marketing and product teams, ensuring real dedication and be prepared for new learnings on a continuous level.
  • Offer high level feedback on all running tests and initiatives, and contribute with a positive, solution oriented attitude to the teams involved.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Excellent communication skills and selling/upselling skills
  • High school Diploma. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of account management experience, sales experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Docs and Excel
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced exciting startup environment
  • Self-starter and self-motivator
  • Coachable and welcomes feedback for continuous self-improvement
  • Excellent listener, assertive, persistent and persuasive, as well as high-energy and fearless
  • Adaptable and can think on your feet. Failure isn’t an option
  • Willingness to move quickly and adjust with all the nuances of a startup culture
  • Stellar time management skills with the ability to recognize and focus on high priority tasks
