Responsibilities:
- Perform basic administration of the solutions to improve performance.
- Manage the vendors' instance and security settings in order to enhance the solution.
- Manage system enhancements, changes, and new release implementation in order to fulfil the needed business requirements.
- Manage the life-cycle implemented on the solution to continuously audit data integrity.
- Participate in developing and maintaining custom reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously audit/uncover data integrity, process integrity, and productivity issues and assist users with new report design and management.
- Identify, diagnose and resolve end-user solution-related errors to improve performance.
- Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the solution.
- Develop and implement new vendor solution extensions or updates to the existing solution in order to fulfil the needed business requirements.
- Participate in vendor webinars and conferences to ensure optimization of all solution features, identify new opportunities for workflow enhancements and productivity, and recommend best practices based on interactions with the user community.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience and expertise particularly in Java and XML.
- Bachelor's degree of computer science or relatable field
- Experience with IBM Sterling is a big plus
