Immortal Game is the World’s First Play-and-Earn Chess Platform. Our mission is simple: create the best online chess experience for players, streamers, and professionals, while striving to transform the chess industry for the better. We are building the community-driven chess platform for the next generation, adding a new layer of strategy and monetization through NFTs to this over 1000-year-old game.

We are a 20 people team with diverse backgrounds. We are based in Paris, Prague, and Atlanta (US) and plan to scale to 50 people in the next six months. Our platform is live; we’re growing fast and are backed by some of the top investor firms in Web3 and Entertainment.

We seek an experienced Backend Developer to help us build and improve our chess platform in our growing and talented Tech Team! Led by our co-founder David, Immortal Game’s engineers take care of building, improving, and maintaining our platforms while shipping community-driven features and ensuring our infrastructure is solid, responsive and fun for all of our players.

Requirements

🚀 Responsibilities

Current administrative management
Manage contracts related to the office: energy, cleaning, IT...
Management of general services: orders for supplies, consumables and food. Supporting managers in the different business units of the company Participation in the management of internal events
Support to Human Resources management.

Human Resources & CSR
Prepare the arrival of employees: onboarding, ordering of equipment and welcoming Organize internal events with all teams
Ensure the implementation and monitoring of CSR initiatives

Assistance to the founders
Support the founders in their daily tasks Hotel, ticket, cab and restaurant reservations


🧳 What we are looking for

1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a small and/or rapidly expanding service company
Perfect command of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools
Ability to analyze, synthesize and excellent oral and written expression in French/English

Versatility, agility, flexibility and open-mindedness, as the missions are not fixed and can evolve regularly
Autonomy and proactivity, you know how to manage your priorities and are a force of proposal

Accessibility, dynamism, ability to lead the company and to become a key reference Adherence to the company's project and values, desire to invest in the long term.
