This is an on-site position at our Boston, MA location. Candidates should be local or willing to relocate to work on-site for this role.

As the Office Manager at Lightcast you will manage and oversee administrative duties, support the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and maintain reception and office management systems. This role will include frequent communication and interaction with senior-level personnel, and external collaborators to assist with organizational objectives.
This is a hybrid position.

What You'll be Doing:
- Provides extensive and continuous management of calendars, domestic and international travel, expenses, event registrations and detailed meeting planning and all other executive support.
- Acts as a representative regarding internal and external relations and correspondence and screening communications.
- Arranges on-and off-site meetings, events, appointments, and travel.
- Supplying materials as needed and organizing catering when necessary.
- Coordinates meetings, creates PowerPoint presentations, and organizes monthly reporting.
- Assists with tracking key operational metrics by organizing and compiling data, researching facts, and coordinating information retrieval.
- Responds to a wide variety of requests, analyzes matters, and determines approach and priority.
- Provides administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) as needed.
- Oversee general office operations of front desk, reception area and break room management. Includes general office space and conference room maintenance.
- Support all administrative duties such as creating, managing, and maintaining of office records and documents.
- Liaise with building maintenance manager to ensure the proper running of all facilities resources.
- Event planning; including all-company events as well as smaller weekly & monthly events.
- Manage office supplies and order supplies as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Three years of experience in a senior level administrative support role is required.
- A degree is not necessary for this role
- Any combination of education and experience that would provide the applicant with the desired skill, knowledge, and ability required to perform the job.
