The Role

The role is to ensure that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency;
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems;
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.);
  • Facilitate and assist in the organization of top management’s workshops and meetings;
  • Make our office guests feel welcome and be our welcome face for the new hires;
  • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.);
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders;
  • Assist in vendor relationship management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as office coordinator or in a customer-centric role;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, basic knowledge of Excel;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Organized, apply task prioritisation as well as multitasking;
  • Be reliable, patient and maintain a professional demeanor;
  • Associate’s/College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is a plus.
