3 years experiences in a Level 2 end users support role for Microsoft O365 collaboration services
Microsoft Teams Live Event support including planning, rehearsing & the actual event. Experience with working with outside production companies is preferred.
Experience with OBS or similar streaming software
Microsoft O365 application support Including; Outlook, Teams, OneDrive for both desktop & mobile apps
Microsoft Exchange OnPrem & Online support experience
Microsoft O365 account creation & maintenance
Provisioning of approved shared mailbox access requests
Familiarity with Microsoft Powershell scripting
Microsoft Intune support experience, particularly for iOS & Android mobile devices
Support provisioning of mobile apps
Support OS upgrades of mobile devices
Apple Business Manager or Android Zero-touch Enrollment experience is a plus
Microsoft Teams Telephony implementation is a plus Monitor O365 license utilization.
