As a New Product Launch Manager, you will:
- Lead manufacturing related activities of complex industrialization projects within the Product Life Cycle, from acquisition until series production;
- Develop the Manufacturing Concept based on product architecture and requirements matching them to state-of-the-art production processes and technologies;
- Ensure the manufacturability, cost-effectiveness and quality of the product;
- Be responsible for completion of activities within operations to meet the specific, cost, timing, and quality requirements;
- Be responsible for documentation of operations activities;
- Actively manage and optimize the use of resources in project, assign activities to the operations project team members;
- Coordinate and control project activities, track the project progress, define corrective measures;
- Ensure spendings and investments are aligned with approved authorizations and/or budgets;
- Ensure technical, timing and cost feasibility to manufacturing processes to eventual changes in product or requirements and lead change management activities;
- Promote continuous improvements for products, processes and projects in your area of responsibility;
- Provide support in quality tasks to analyze, contain and resolve issues that occur during launch and serial production;
- Coordinate and manage prototype samples production activities.
- University degree in a related field (engineering / sciences);
- Similar experience in the automotive or consumer electronics industry;
- General knowledge about common manufacturing technologies for electronic manufacturing;
- Communication and presentation skills;
