The National Solutions Specialist - EAST COAST generates new business opportunities and sales by partnering with our National Sales and Account Management teams to sell solutions and bundled services to our largest clients and prospects.  This is a blended role of sales, collaboration, and education of the National Account sales force on best practices for discovery and solution selling. 

National Solutions Specialists will align with the National Account team to identify and execute sales development strategies with larger partners on both prospects and opportunities to increase account penetration.  This is a highly visible and impactful role, showcasing Rent. as the premier solution to fill vacancies in the multifamily industry. 

What you’ll do

  • Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to fully understand client/property needs, then build a strategic, bundled marketing package to meet client’s objectives.
  • Participate in pre- and post-client planning meetings to determine a strategic account plan to increase bundled solutions monthly recurring revenue.
  • Maintain high visibility and position themselves as the industry leader and subject matter expert.  Build strong relationships with Property Management Companies, Ownership groups, high influencers and regional leadership. 
  • Partner with National Sales and Account Management to identify and implement ongoing tactical sales approaches to increase monthly recurring revenue.
  • Ensure pipeline and reporting requirements are met to align with KPI’s.
  • Share knowledge of digital marketing solutions, strategies, etc. to aide in the continuous development of National Sales teams to ensure the team is leveraging a solutions-based selling approach. 

What you’ll bring

  • 5-7 years of successful B2B, Digital Marketing solution sales (i.e. Google/Facebook Ads, Social, PPC, SEO, SEM, Voice AI). 
  • Exceptional communication and relational skills across multiple key channels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong technical, data and results-driven selling knowledge of bundled, digital products (Digital Marketing Ad sales, Performance Marketing, etc.), and how bundled solutions will benefit the client. 
  • Active and accurate management of all sales, follow ups, and client meeting activities in Salesforce weekly.
  • Initiative, drive, resourcefulness, adaptability, and self-motivation with a mentorship mindset.
  • Ability to travel 50-60% of the workweek.
